the staff is friendly. the location is easy to access from the train station. the hotel offer complimentary sleds, and that was a bonus.
the rooms has basically zero soundproofing, i could hear everything from outside. the spa has a lot of wasted potential. there is no way you can relax there. the dry sauna outside has no mention if it's nude or textile version.

Mediocre Stay with Noticeable Flaws

The hotel's location was convenient, offering easy access to the train station (a definite plus).
The soundproofing was subpar. I could clearly hear noise from the hallway (people chatting) and even from other rooms. The breakfast buffet seemed a bit disorganized. There were no easily accessible trash cans, made clearing plates awkward (a minor inconvenience, but still noticeable).

Our family room was perfect with a thoughtful loft gate! the location felt both convenient and peaceful. i appreciated the view from our balcony. It added such a romantic touch to our stay.
